The cooking course gives you the opportunity to choose a course from 7 different courses about traditional Thai cuisine.
Each course will begin with a guided tour of the local market where you will learn, taste, smell and purchase the ingredients and spices you will need in preparing your dishes during the class.
Then, in a small, intimate classroom, on your own private cooking stand, you will learn to make a variety of classic Thai delicacies such like the famed Papaya Salad, chicken with coconut milk (Tom-Ka-gai), steamed banana and many other dishes.
At the end of the course, you will enjoy the dishes you prepared, and you will have a great deal of knowledge about the dished you made, which will serve you whenever you miss the magical taste of Thai cuisine.
The class includes lunch, refreshments, and pick up from the hotel and back to it.
